Refunds are applicable only if the cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled service or consultation.

To request a refund, you must notify us via email or phone with your name, contact details, and service information at least 48 hours prior to the agreed time.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

Cancellation requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service

Work or service has already been initiated or partially completed

Custom design work or planning services already delivered

In case of delays due to incomplete client communication or site access issues
